Returns and refund policies
I offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition as long as you contact me within 30 days from the delivery date. I aim to be fair and reasonable and any issues may be negotiated beyond the policies listed below.
30-Day Return Conditions:
- Exchanges & Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of your original receipt of order.
- The product/s must be returned as new. Products that are altered or damaged (scratched etc) do not qualify.
- Products should be returned using a tracked service, so if the item is lost a claim can be made with the postal carrier.
- We do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of goods that remain undeliverable.
- All custom made items are not returnable, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
- Shipping paid on Returned items is non-refundable.
I will pay for return shipping and re-delivery shipping costs in the following circumstances:
- Customer received the wrong item. Customers must contact me within 30 days of receiving their order, or I will think the customer accepts the wrong item and it can not be returned.
- The item is broken or defective. Customers must contact me within 48 hours of receiving their order. I will either repair and return or replace the item and pay for the return postage.
How to Return:
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping label and postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
